Supply Chain Separation Analyst
What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Separation Analyst?
Our client, a global company is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant - Supply Chain Separation.
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extensions
Pay - $60-$65/hr. DOE
Responsibilities
- Product Costing and Pricing of Transition Agreement SKU’s.
- Provide product costing for additions to Supply Agreements and Transition Contract Manufacturing Agreements.
- Lead the annual product recosting process for Agreement SKU’s.
- Determine price changes to existing agreement SKU’s and make corrections to price or unit of measure as needed.
- Collaborate with controllers to determine and understand applicable journal entries and develop associated management reporting.
- Provide support to Solventum plants providing contract manufacturing services and plants receiving products on transition agreements.
- 1x cost headcount and expense.
- Manage separation cost centres by tracking headcount and expense reporting, ensuring eligibility of expense in these cost centres.
- Review results with department owners and forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Summarize and communicate results and forecasts to supply chain finance and FP&A stakeholders.
- Other separation activities.
- Understand and provide support for R&D services, factory experiments in Solventum plants and vice versa to ensure compliance with respective agreements.
- Understand the accounting for Transition Services Agreements applicable to Global Supply Chain such as Logistics, Engineering projects, Service & Repair centres, and Trade Compliance.
- Be a subject matter expert in separation agreement accounting for the Global Supply Chain organization.
Required
- College degree in finance or accounting
- Experience in product costing
- Experience in manufacturing finance
- Specific experience in divestiture or spinoff accounting is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
