Job Description

  1. The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for providing client support to one of the Nation's top rated healthcare facilities in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will be responsible for supporting the HR technology deployment of Lawson, Core HR, talent management, workforce reporting, and analytics. 


  • Perform analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR technology capabilities
  • Lead designated projects within the HR technology environment
  • Diagnose, document, and resolve complex HR application issues from a functional, administrative, and operational perspective 
  • Manage designated HR technology projects throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Perform business requirements analysis and compose clear, comprehensive functional specifications 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related 
  • Relevant academic concentrations include: HR Technology, HR Management, Human Capital Management, Business intelligence, health care administrations.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience working in Human Resources or Information Technology
  • HR software support and administration (Lawson preferred)
