Job Description

Pride Health has an opening for a HR Solutions Analyst to work within a respected Healthcare Facility in St. Paul, MN. This will be the primary point of contact  for employees and users to support the systems used.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing incoming requests from customers, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, performing routine configuration and system set up, along with fulfilling ad hoc reporting request
  • Work closely with other members of the team to perform testing and system auditing
  • Responsible for identifying trends related to customer inquiry and developing/updating training, documentation and communication as appropriate
  • Responsible to be first point of contact to resolve routine inquiries, incidents and requests for department (incidents, cases, emails to shared email box), escalating as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, analytics, information technology or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Self-directed and demonstrated collaborative team skills
  • 1+ year of related work experience and knowledge of Lawson / Kronos HR System and knowledge of HR systems and integrations
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design , structure, functions and processes
