Job Description

Position Summary

  • Tracking and managing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
  • Putting in place a world class system for training employees on the SOPs. The aforementioned learning platform should allow us to track employee compliance and adherence to our SOPs.
  • Track and report KPI metrics to senior management.
  • Developing and manage the Quality Management System 
  • Creating a mechanism whereby we can safely share SOPs with clients.
  • Conducting internal and external quality audits.
  • Working with our clients to work through vendor qualifications and sponsor audits.
  • Structuring the SOP review cycle and ultimately driving continual quality improvement


  • Proven track record of 8-10 years+ experience working in the pharmaceutical QA industry.
  • In-depth expertise of ICH GCP
  • An entrepreneurial high growth learner who’s able to take initiative to learn new things.
  • Adaptable approach conducive to working in a fast paced, data-driven and evolving company.
  • Ability to rank, order and prioritize work.
  • Bachelors Degree in biological sciences or related field
