Responsibilities:

Overview The Client Go-To-Market Technology team is searching for a Senior Product Manager to help drive our media network product vision, tech stack strategy and implementation. The advertising platform and campaign management capabilities you’d be responsible for help drive highly relevant experiences for our customers. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience building durable ad tech capabilities, has deployed SaaS technologies with speed and scale, and understands how to provide elegant and highly effective solutions to complex problems, in service of our customers. You’ll partner with a dynamic group of product managers to create end-to-end solutions from audience decisioning, campaign planning and execution, ad performance tracking and optimization, sales enablement, and data and experimentation foundations. This role is a contract hire, with potential for full time hire

• Set a bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap for execution across of all advertising technology requirements and implementation
• Internalize and deeply understand Client’s growth strategy - and then align your team's mission and roadmap with this direction
• Work cross-functionally with various teams, inclusive but not limited to dedicated engineering, analysts, product marketing, external agencies and other external
• You will help to define and execute GTM strategies, and enable revenue-bearing commercial teams, while partnering with various internal and external stakeholders throughout Client
• Develop and document end-to-end operational processes for omni products and initiatives, ensuring all front-end and back-end tools and systems are in place prior to roll out
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve customers’ biggest problems
• Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog to ensure your team is making maximum customer impact 

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in an agile fashion with a small and nimble team to define ad tech requirements, source partners and lead implementation; go abroad to go narrow; build, test, iterate
• Ability to deliver and oversee first-party product solutions to enable targeting, measurement, optimization, etc

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or other relevant digital advertising technology fields
• Experience leading AdTech/MarTech strategy and implementation in a large-scale Enterprise
• Extensive experience turning incomplete, ambiguous, or unclear inputs into concrete action plans
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience selecting and working with CDPs, DMPs, Tag Management, Campaign Planning & Execution, CRM, Onboarding and Clean Room technologies a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
