The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for an Associate Chemical Inventory Support Specialist near Cambridge, MA!

Responsibilities

• Handle the pickup, delivery, washing, and sanitization of biologically contaminated glassware and plastic ware according to established procedures.
• Operate autoclaves for decontamination. Prepare items for sanitization and inspect glassware for cleanliness and defects.
• Distribute requested chemicals and verify SDS documents. Log all compounds and manage transportation of hazardous goods.
• Deliver gas cylinders and related items.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Manage incoming packages and laboratory consumables inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols, complete required trainings, and undertake cross-training as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma 
• Experience in a laboratory environment 
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Preferred Experience:  

•  Associates or bachelor's degree in a scientific field  
• Inventory management experience, specifically chemical inventory  

Additional Details:

• Onsite position
• Position type: 3 months with possible conversion
• Pay rate: $20-23/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
