Customer Service Associate

What are we looking for in our Customer Service Associate?

Our client, multinational e-commerce technology company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their facilities team that manages parking assets and works with vendors on parking lot maintenance.

Pay: $18.00 to $19.84 per hour based upon experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm

Location: Fully On Site in Bellevue, WA

Duration:  6-month contract job that could go permanent for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Handling escalations, entering information into ticketing systems, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues.
• Interacting with candidates over email, chat, phone, or SMS to handle escalations/referrals.
• Communicating effectively in both verbal/written form.
• Managing and owning daily tasks from start to finish.
• Performing administrative tasks as necessary.

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in customer service face-to-face or call center preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet proficiency.

• Background in property management, construction, surface work, or vendor management experience would be a plus.

• Confidence in working with upper-level management.
• Professional communication skills.
• Success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem-solving, and teamwork.
