Sr Knowledge Management Specialist - 6M
What are we looking for in our Sr Knowledge Management Specialist - 6M?
Pride Global is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist – Change & Comms Manager on a contract basis to spearhead knowledge management solutions, for a leading global pharmaceutical company with a significant presence in Ireland that is seeking to highlight its extensive operations and contributions to the healthcare sector.
Job Title: Knowledge Management Specialist (Contract)
Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid Work Model - 3 days in office)
Contract Type: 6-month contract with option for extension
Day Rate: €520 per day (Ltd Company Contract)
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective knowledge management strategies, processes, and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization effectively captures, organizes, shares, and leverages valuable knowledge and information to enhance organizational performance, decision-making, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and delivering change management within a knowledge management or business consulting context.
- Proven experience in change management and communications with internal enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multinational, multicultural environments.
- Strong background in data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior colleagues and customers.
- Strategically manage stakeholder relationships, prioritizing, understanding, and aligning stakeholder needs while managing conflicts effectively.
- Navigate and operate within diverse cultural environments, fostering collaboration and recommending strategies aligned with the business model.
Change Management:
- Lead and deliver change management and communication strategies, collaborating with customers and vendors to ensure successful knowledge management solution adoption.
- Develop and manage Communities of Practice to cultivate a knowledge management culture within the organization.
- Define and measure KPIs to assess change adoption and impact, adapting strategies as needed.
Project Ownership:
- Take ownership of engagements, managing ambiguity and focusing on strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure deliverable quality and timeliness, track progress, and manage risks appropriately.
KM Strategy and Solutions:
- Facilitate knowledge mapping, capture, and creation activities, developing content management and curation strategies.
- Support the development and maintenance of metadata and taxonomies.
- Deliver insights through data pre-processing, analytics, and storytelling.
