We're currently seeking a skilled CMMS Engineer to support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and associated projects. The primary focus will be on upgrading the CMMS from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 10) and providing day-to-day CMMS Administration duties.
This upgrade project is pivotal for standardization and introducing new technology across multiple sites. As a CMMS Engineer, you'll be responsible for cleaning, mapping, and transforming Maximo Master data for migration to MAS 10. You'll also support the adoption of new functionality like mobile technology and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, enhance, and standardize Maximo Master Data
- Ensure Asset structure reflects drawings and field conditions
- Data Mapping from current Maximo system to new version
- Develop and deliver training for end users
- Update SOPs, training materials, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with site and global SOPs
- Provide end user support during and after Go-live
- Support adoption of new digital technology
- Communicate with other company sites for alignment
- Support day-to-day CMMS administration duties
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 8 Qualification in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Previous experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo
- Experience with large volumes of data
- Previous experience as a CMMS Administrator is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Experience delivering training
