Salesforce Product Manager
What are we looking for in our Salesforce Product Manager?
We have a role with our direct client
Contract: 6 months - with possibility of extension
Pay-range: $65-70/hr on W2
This is a remote position
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and documenting our Salesforce system to enhance overall business operations. As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and document requirements to bring improvements into the overall GTM process.
Qualification
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Salesforce tech stack
- Experience in Sales/GTM process management
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering & stakeholder management
- Certified Salesforce Administrator & Consultant is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document PRD (Product Requirement Document) for Salesforce system
- Effectively able to create Business Use Case to promote business improvements with quantifiable outcome
- Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct constant discovery with business counterparts to identify loopholes, improvement areas in process
- Document all existing GTM processes with KPIs
- Identify new opportunities to incorporate in business system
- Define OKRs and KPIs for business functions/process including planned initiatives
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to challenge assumptions and make data driven decisions
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements
- Establish and maintain relationships with various business partners such as Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and S&P
- Assist with other duties as needed
