People Content Specialist
What are we looking for in our People Content Specialist?
A ride-share company is looking to hire a People Content Specialist.
Location: Remote / Chicago, IL
Contract: 6 Months
Pay: $30-39/hourly
About the role:
As People Content Specialist, you will contribute to an effortless employee experience by supporting the build-out and day-to-day maintenance of our intranet, built on ServiceNow. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with the Knowledge Manager, Content Specialist, Content Owners and Product team to maintain and continuously improve our People information, ensuring it is easily accessible to our 20,000+ employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a backlog of content priorities to ensure content quality, availability, and searchability.
- Support the roll-out of new content with global and regional content owners.
- Monitor content performance metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and increase adoption to the portal.
- Support developing content templates and layout designs to enable employee self-service needs.
- Provide training and support to Content owners, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and skillet to contribute and maintain engaging content.
- Participate in the overall efforts aiming at improving the global content management tools, including ServiceNow platform features.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge Management: 2+ years of experience in Knowledge/Content Management or Strategy, Information Architecture, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience developing trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible self-starter with the ability to prioritize and drive projects to completion
