What are we looking for in our Learning & Development Coordinator?
Our client - a Fortune 100 investment firm in NYC - is looking for Learning & Development Coordinator with a strong interest in investment banking company to interview and start immediately.
Job Title: Learning & Development Coordinator: Microsoft Dynamics Implementation
Location: NYC, NY (4 Days Office, 1 Day Remote)
Duties: We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to support USWA's L&D team to on board Microsoft Dynamics for our business. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, possess strong familiarity with CRMs, with experience in instructional design and visual communication. Your main responsibility will be creating training resources and materials such as how-to guides, simple one-pagers, and virtual courses etc.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective training content that is relevant and effective for different user competencies. The right candidate must have strong project management skills, and be able to navigate the complex process of working with multiple stakeholders to on board a software for over 300 people.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
■ Support USWA's L&D team to execute on the Microsoft Dynamics on boarding program.
■ Understand USWA's CRM and align that with the knowledge base needed to successfully on board.
■ Using your knowledge of learning science or instruction al design, develop a variety of simple, effective training materials that cater to a wide range of competencies, priorities, and needs.
■ Coordinate logistics of USWA training events related to Microsoft Dynamics
Skills: Qualifications:
■ 2-3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design
■ Skilled in creating different forms of effective training content - competency in Articulate 360 a plus.
■ Strong familiarity with CR Ms, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics.
■ High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
■ Some experience with using LMS is a plus (SCORM, data and metrics performance tracking etc.) ■ Excellent communicator with astute project management skills.
■ Collaborative, flexible, and motivated individual with a commitment to excellence.
