What are we looking for in our Sr Data Analyst?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top financial organization that has an opening for a Data Analyst 2 role.

Below is some information about an immediate opportunity for which you might be interested:

Location: Hybrid to Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $55/HR - $58/HR on W2

Type: 6 months Contract (with possible extension)

What skills/attributes are a must-have (Please be detailed as to several years of experience)?

• Healthcare background
• Prior data analytics role
• Advanced SQL skills, more than 3 years. Independently write SQL, gather data, analyze data, and present findings in an easily comprehensible business format.
• Intermediate Excel for data analysis. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
• Proactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions, and provide recommendations
• Experienced in condensing complex information and communicating key findings and insights to business stakeholders

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

• Healthcare economics background
• Outcomes analytics
• Whitepaper experience
• Experience with a visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS
