What are we looking for in our Project Manager - Dallas?
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Large Mixed-Commercial Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in $40M+ ground up construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
