Sr. HR Support Representative
What are we looking for in our Sr. HR Support Representative?
Role Overview: The Sr. HR Support Representative will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR processes, focusing on offers, approvals, and logistics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the management team and participate in organizational meetings to drive HR initiatives forward.
Location: Tualatin, Oregon (onsite at Tualatin campus, occasional travel to Hillsboro, Oregon for meetings)
Duration: One-year assignment with potential for extension or conversion
You are going to be responsible for:
- Quarterly Org People roll up.
- PMD review closure.
- Goal Setting.
- Better Up participation.
- Grow & Lead participation.
- Manager learning attendance rollup and opportunity.
- Include & Nudges participation.
- AB participation and spend summaries.
- Visier out put and reporting Quarterly for NA and each Account.
- Attrition, SPOC, EX Ratio.
- Pulse Survey by Account.
- AEM region and by Account.
Calibration and Support:
- Design and maintain calibration excel workbooks for each BU and top leaders.
- Support focal deeper into the organization.
- Understanding of outcomes while providing tactical support is crucial.
Audit and Compliance:
- Support organization audit, reporting, logistics, and collateral.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed. (2-3 times per week)
