About this role:

We seek a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, supporting our commitment to healthy, safe, and sustainable building and cold chain solutions. You'll supervise a team in Materials & Logistics, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory and records
• Lead clerical team including inventory and logistics support
• Conduct daily safety inspections
• Track and resolve quality issues
• Monitor yard trailer movement and communication
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Partner with union leadership for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
• Manage hourly associates and drive engagement
• Use tools to improve production processes
• Ensure EH&S standards are followed
• Flexibility for all shifts and weekend overtime

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, production, or planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading hourly associates, preferably in a union environment
• Strong leadership abilities with a sense of urgency
• Result-oriented with multitasking skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work cross-functionally

Additional Job Specifications:

• On-site
• 2nd shift, 2PM - 10PM
• Overtime may be required.

Rate/Salary: $14.00/hour - $17.00/hour
