Contract: June 03, 2024 - June 01, 2025

Location: Boston, MA 02114, United States *4 Days Onsite*

Pay Range: $40-55/hour Based on YOE

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team focused on creating strategic digital experiences for a leading apparel brand. This role requires strong project management skills and a passion for innovative digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the on-set leader for all assigned productions
• 5+ years of applicable experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Lead production for all shoots, ensuring adherence to production principles and safety standards
• Collaborate with external partners to source talent and crew
• Manage production budgets and ensure accurate tracking
• Source and book studio and on-location spaces
• Own digital asset management and maintain quality control

Requirements:

• Strong production management experience, preferably in photography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Experience with on-set production and talent coordination
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana
• Knowledge of footwear, apparel, and accessory production
