We are actively seeking a dedicated Real World Evidence (RWE) Research Analyst to join our team.

Job Overview: As the RWE Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading and innovating RWE projects, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Your responsibilities will include project management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, talent identification, and fostering innovation in RWE services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytic leadership and innovation for RWE projects and evidence synthesis.
  • Guide team members on study design and analysis activities.
  • Supervise quality reviews and documentation processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Contribute to best practices for RWE within the team.
  • Engage with external analytics ecosystem and published literature for technical advancements.
  • Conduct RWE studies and analyses, overseeing data management and statistical programming.
  • Support on-boarding of new team members and talent identification.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and issue management.
  • Draft and edit research proposals, protocols, and analysis plans.
  • Present research results to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for new RWE services and customer expansion.
  • Key Performance Indicators:

  • Annual performance measured based on specific objectives.
  • Alignment with company Values and Behaviors.
  • Impact on the Organization:

    Maximize productivity and quality in RWE projects, reducing external spend and supporting product innovation.

    Degree Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 11+ years experience in research or related disciplines.
    • Master’s degree with 8+ years experience.
    • PhD with 7+ years experience.

    Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written).

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive RWE project experience, including NIS.
  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools.
  • Deep knowledge of RWE data sources and standards.
  • Expertise in statistical methods and applied statistics.
  • Strong organizational understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ethical values and high quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Publications or presentations in recognized RWE/biomedical journals/conferences.
  • Prior experience in pharma/biotech/CRO/RWE organizations.
