What are we looking for in our Trial Monitor?

Our client, a global insurance group has several Trial Monitor openings for immediate start. This role is open to a variety of legal backgrounds or retirees looking for part-time work based on trial schedules.

Attend every day of trial an summarize (in writing) key details of to include, but not limited to the following:

• Defense Attorney performance
• Plaintiff Attorney performance
• Witness Testimony/Credibility
• Juror demographics
• Juror behavior and responses
• Key decisions related to motions

Skills required for success:
Strong communication skills, some written knowledge of litigation strategies and tactics

*Role will require travel dependent on trial venue, with pay included for travel time at a reduced rate.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $17-42/hr.  The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
