Fixed Income Product Strategist
What are we looking for in our Fixed Income Product Strategist?
Fixed Income Product Strategist – 6-month contract - £425 per day PAYE – London
Russell Tobin has an exciting opportunity to work at a world-leading investment firm looking for a Fixed Income Product Strategist, presenting an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the business and gain a wealth of knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular client reporting. Generating the data and materials that are incorporated in our regular reporting.
- Production and updating standard collaterals and presentations to support our client communications and proactively engaging with other teams to ensure smooth interactions between Portfolio Management and client teams.
- Portfolio and fund analysis. Responding to ad hoc requests for positioning, analysis, and commentary on portfolios.
- Business development: supporting the team’s business development activities, including drafting of presentation materials and working on RFP responses.
Key Skills:
- Professional maturity and a positive, get-things-done attitude.
- Experience with delivering high quality output with a high level to detail and thoroughness in approach.
- Strong communications and numerical skills, as well as experience with writing deliverables.
- Ability to multi-task, managing tight deadlines and working collaboratively.
- Prior experience working in the financial markets, understanding fixed income products.
- Knowledge of desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and information/data systems (e.g. Bloomberg).
