What are we looking for in our TI Senior Project Manager - Dallas?

Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting field staff in overseeing construction projects. Your core skills in construction management software, project scheduling, and project coordination will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals
  • Execute Job Preparation Tasks (non-financial)
  • Support Closure Procedures
  • Document Plan Alterations
  • Gather and Present Subcontractor Pricing
  • Facilitate Preconstruction Meetings with Subcontractors
  • Chair Meetings with Owners, Architects, and Consultants
  • Coordinate Storm Shelter Meetings as Necessary
  • Conduct Final Coordination Meetings
  • Coordinate with Key Trades
  • Evaluate Subcontractors' Payment Requests
  • Prepare Owner Invoices
  • Aid in Subcontractor Procurement
  • Assist in Compiling Subcontract Documents

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an PM working on healthcare, corporate or light industrial TI projects 
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or any related field
