Data Support Specialist
What are we looking for in our Data Support Specialist?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Data Support Specialist to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 3 months
Location: REMOTE, M-F (7 hours), Saturday (5 hours)
Pay Range: 54-60/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary investigation into order-level issues and escalations
- Looking up order and associated events in internal systems
- Comparing data from multiple systems to determine order status and issue path
- Input information into SQL queries and draw insights from responses
- Communicate findings to internal teams and/or merchants
- Review merchant claims for order refunds and determine claim approval/denial
- Learning the conditions required to approve/deny a refund claim
- Looking up order and associated events in internal systems and simple SQL queries
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- SQL required
- Experience with pivot tables and cleaning data
