HR Manager

PrideNow Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Full-Time



What are we looking for in our HR Manager?

A professional services firm is looking to hire a Contract HR Manager.

Contract: 12 Months

Location: ATLANTA, GA, Hybrid 3 days in office

Pay: $40-47/hour depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Coaches and supports people managers across North America, helping to develop people management throughout the employee lifecycle and positively impacting the colleagues' experience.
  • Work with specific groups of People Managers from various functions across the company, providing consistent high-quality support.
  • Assist in implementing new processes aimed at People Managers, balancing local market needs with enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Offer guidance on local employment issues, and legislative and regulatory matters, and contribute valuable insights to shape initiatives for colleagues and People Managers.
  • Oversee known and ad hoc projects such as mergers and acquisitions, and other critical projects within the People Function across the enterprise.
  • Provide support across a range of HR activities including performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, inclusion, and career development.
  • Facilitate communication, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Oversee that all local statutory and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
  • Oversee the successful relocation of colleagues, coordinating with the Global Mobility Center of Expertise and external vendors.
  • Lead or support the execution of HR programs and project implementations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced HR Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Work Day experience
  • Thorough understanding of local laws, regulations, company policies, and HR processes.
  • Experience in employee relations cases including progressive counseling and investigations.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to People Managers, handling complex employee lifecycle issues.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for service improvements and lead initiatives for better service delivery.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, capable of leading or contributing to projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues, People Managers, and the wider HR function.
  • Client service, collaboration, communication, learning orientation, and innovation.
