Executive Assistant

What are we looking for in our Executive Assistant ?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 12 Months 

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: 62-67/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a complex calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
• Arrange domestic and international travel
• Coordinate special projects and events: Offsites, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
• Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the VP
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
• Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring).
