• Contract: W2, 3-4 months
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (based in Arizona, PST until 11/5, then MST)
• Pay Range: $39-43/hour Based on DOE

Brief Summary:

The Email Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, management, and measurement of all email communications sent to external audiences. This role will collaborate with various teams to create high-quality email campaigns and customer journeys that drive engagement in multi-channel marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy flawless digital communications to various marketing segments.
• Manage the technical execution of ad-hoc, transactional, and journey-based email communications.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Implement dynamic content and behavioral triggers within email journeys based on audience engagement.
• Maintain email marketing calendars and regulatory compliance across all campaigns.
• Consult on A/B or multivariate testing to optimize digital campaigns.
• Work with CRM and data teams to manage segmented lists and ensure accurate data loading in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop and program customer journeys for campaigns using demographic and engagement data.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of email marketing experience depending on the level.
• Experience in marketing communications or business writing.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, HTML/CSS, and reporting/analytics.
• Familiarity with email marketing software and tools.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience (preferred).
