Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst to work for our client in the software technology industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 6 months

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $44-49/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Drive incubation stage of core strategic projects in partnership with this team and core cross-functional collaborators.
• Breakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the plans to Senior Management 
• Partner with teams on planning processes such as quarterly and annual planning cycles– collecting and sharing team requests that need to fall into an annual program roadmap for example. 
• Review operational metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and work with the regional teams to set targets and drive KPIs. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years experience driving business strategy and operations in heavily matrixed orgs.
• Experience focusing on Transformation/Strategy/Operations projects.
