Learning and Development Specialist

What are we looking for in our Learning and Development Specialist?

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for one of our top entertainment clients!

Location: Orlando, FL - Hybrid

Pay: $45-55/hr

Schedule: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Research learning offerings to meet current and future training needs
• Support the deployment of a wide variety of training methods including hands-on, classroom, custom training modules and eLearning platforms
• Coordinate registration of Cast in vendor and partner delivered courses
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI and assimilate data for metrics reporting
• Support the team's use of the learning management system
• Monitor projects and report on project status
• Work with the team and key stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy learning programs and experiences

Requirements:

• Expert Excel skills
• 3-5 years of experience implementing training programs and events
• Experience working with and presenting to a broad range of levels – from early career talent to executive leadership
• Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams and MS Forms
• Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Create Suite
• Experience with graphics design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working at the enterprise level in technology; experience in internal client services capacity preferred
• Experience with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery
