Payroll Specialist
What are we looking for in our Payroll Specialist?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Temp Payroll Specialist to work for our client in the retail industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 90 days
Location: Hudson, OH
Pay Range: 20-25/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Support the Payroll Team with high-volume payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws, taxes, and garnishment regulations.
- Assist in meeting payroll deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills for payroll-related tasks.
- Learn and assist with Workday, Kronos, and Reflexis payroll systems as required.
- Perform additional payroll duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and garnishments.
- Ability to work with high-volume payroll processing.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Workday, Kronos, and Reflexis is a plus, but not mandatory (training available).
