You'll exemplify companies Values and Behaviours and act as the Employer Brand ambassador to our employees, external candidates, and vendors.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Source, assess, and select candidates for the Global Functions client group across various European countries.
- Provide strategic business partnership considering both internal and external talent landscapes.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring for client groups.
- Support TA Global Functions in executing sourcing strategies to attract suitable talent, focusing on direct sourcing.
- Deliver excellent experiences for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Adhere to labour laws and companies P&O and TA policies.
Essential requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally focusing on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong proficiency in English both written and oral is necessary
- Experience in either agency or in-house recruitment settings
- Proven ability to understand company culture and build relationships both inside and outside the organization
