Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Fully Remote (PST)
Rate: $60 - $65 / hr + benefits

Position Overview: As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating effective communication to ensure the success of key projects. This position offers a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the organization's rhythm of business meetings and communication channels.
- Manage vendor relationships and headcount planning, including budget management and hiring coordination.
- Prepare and communicate financial status reports, leveraging tools like Power BI for visibility and process improvements.
- Lead cross-organizational projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving operational efficiency.
- Develop high-impact communications for executive and organization-wide audiences.
- Manage organizational assets such as SharePoint sites and Teams channels.
- Drive strategic initiatives and change management projects to support organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in program management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
