Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Payment Processing Specialist for one of our big tech clients in Austin, TX. Are you a recent college graduate looking for the right opportunity within the corporate arena? This role is for you! Job Title: Payment Processing Specialist

Pay: $16.00-$17.50/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 11-Months (with strong potential to extend)

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week (8am-5pm)

Location: ONSITE - AUSTIN, TX

The Payment Processing Specialist will be assigned vendor accounts and it is their responsibility for maintaining the Procure to Pay relationship with the vendor and the software packages that support them.

Responsibilities:

• Handle EDI invoice issues
• Review and research credit memos
• Create shortage or pricing claims
• Acquire and reconcile vendor statements
• Respond to vendor inquiries via calls and emails
• Research proof of delivery
• Ensure active invoice problems are resolved within 48 hours

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Procure to Pay or Invoicing/Payments experience
• Strong computer skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize changing tasks consistently

Education:

• High School Diploma
• BA/BS preferred
