Activations Specialist

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Activations Specialist to work for our client in the food delivery industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 3 months

Location: Toronto (REMOTE)

Pay Range: CA$22-24/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Work with businesses to assist them through the onboarding process and set them up for success on the platform
• Help restaurants turn their menu into a tool for attracting and engaging with customers in their area
• Communicate with merchants by phone or email to monitor and support progress.
• Deliver health checks that highlight key wins and areas of opportunity

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality or in related field
• Previous industry experience
• Requires a high school diploma; College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Qualifications include Salesforce (or other CRM software), Microsoft suite and G Suite
• You have experience in an account management or customer service role--you love helping people
• Multilingual candidates are preferred but not required; French or Mandarin Chinese
