Location: St. Paul, MN 55107 (Onsite)
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay range: $21/hr - $23/hr
Description:
Join our Cash Control team to assist with essential daily processing tasks. This position is crucial for maintaining rigorous compliance standards while supporting the overall efficiency of the Cash Control team.
Responsibilities:
- Opening and bundling live fee checks
- Scanning checks and imaging documents
- Logging and processing checks under dual control, ensuring each is accurately accounted for with account numbers noted prior to processing
- Preparing paperwork for third-party checks
- Submitting requests and creating correspondence
- As we approach year-end, when third-party check volumes typically triple, you will play a vital role in managing these high-risk transactions. This includes added due diligence for OFAC screening and BSA compliance.
- Your tasks will also involve assisting with the balancing of wash banks for daily reconciliation and ensuring all transaction details are maintained in a WORM-compliant environment. Checks will be organized into batches of twenty for efficient scanning.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in banking
Preferred:
- BA degree preferred
- Microsoft experience
