Purchasing/Procurement Specialis
What are we looking for in our Purchasing/Procurement Specialis?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Purchasing/Procurement Specialist to work for one of our top global tech clients!
Pay: $27-$31/hr.
Location: Seattle, WA 98101
Duties:
- Daily production support of vendor master data, invoice mismatches, and internal business partner collaboration
- Refine P2P (procure to pay) process documentation as required
- Ad-hoc process efficiency project support (execution, implementation, communication)
- Manage system enhancement requests to determine feasibility, extent of changes, resource requirements and project time estimates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes, enabling streamlined operations and improved efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to meticulously analyze and review data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Communication: Strong internal business partner communication skills, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear conveyance of ideas.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
