Purchasing/Procurement Specialis

What are we looking for in our Purchasing/Procurement Specialis?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Purchasing/Procurement Specialist to work for one of our top global tech clients!

Pay: $27-$31/hr.

Location: Seattle, WA 98101

Duties:

• Daily production support of vendor master data, invoice mismatches, and internal business partner collaboration
• Refine P2P (procure to pay) process documentation as required
• Ad-hoc process efficiency project support (execution, implementation, communication)
• Manage system enhancement requests to determine feasibility, extent of changes, resource requirements and project time estimates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing/Procurement
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, enabling streamlined operations and improved efficiency.
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to meticulously analyze and review data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
• Communication: Strong internal business partner communication skills, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear conveyance of ideas.
• Proficiency in Google Suite
