Administrative Audit Consultant
What are we looking for in our Administrative Audit Consultant?
A Health Financial Service is looking to hire a Remote Administrative Audit Consultant!
Contract: 8 Months
Location: Remote
Pay: $40-48/hour depending on experience
Hours: 8-5 EST
Responsibilities:
- Document dialog during meetings, capturing key takeaways, action items, and follow-ups.
- Distribute notes to attendees promptly.
- Draft and distribute meeting invites and agendas to appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and track issues raised during the audit process to ensure timely resolution with auditors.
- Maintain a detailed tracking system for issues, utilizing SharePoint for ticket creation and distribution as needed.
- Identify and coordinate internal participants required for specific audit activities.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across departments to ensure readiness for audits.
- Operate efficiently in a virtual environment, working across time zones to support all aspects of audit preparation and execution.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally within a healthcare environment or HEDIS®/EQRO audits.
- Familiarity with HEDIS® requirements and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable with self-directed learning and adapting to changing priorities.
