What are we looking for in our Customer Experience Representative?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative, 06 Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, at Spokane Valley, WA (Hybrid). Apply today for immediate consideration.

Hourly Pay: $16 to $18 W2

Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 06 Months Contract until Feb 2025

 

Key Qualifications:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer’s experience is positive and memorable.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Provide timely customer service responses.
  • Follow customer support guidelines as established by customer experience supervisor.
  • Answering customer inquiries, diagnoses and resolves customer issues.
  • Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
  • Maintaining a sound understanding and adherence to the Client's quality policies.
  • Must be proficient or able to learn the use of Netsuite ERP system.
  • Be a knowledge expert with the Client's products and provide product information.
  • Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer centric manner.
  • Open/close procedures for retail space.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary.

 

Skills, knowledge & education:

  • High School degree or equivalent education required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening.
  • Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem solving.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
