Business Data Analyst

PrideNow New York, NY (Onsite) Full-Time



What are we looking for in our Business Data Analyst ?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top organization that has an opening for a remote Business Data Analyst.

100% Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $40/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 6+ months contract

What You'll Do

  • Assist with global customer-facing reporting for our Strategic & Enterprise merchant partners
  • Write/read optimized SQL queries that power dashboards and reporting
  • Communicate issue resolution to Merchant Partner contacts
  • Investigate data discrepancies across multiple data sources and surface to Engineering teams as needed
  • Monitor changes in Uber data infrastructure and adjust reporting accordingly
  • Execute and monitor Python scripts
  • Manage Jira queues with internal tickets from issues related to customer-facing reporting

    What You'll Need
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in Analytics
  • Intermediate to Expert SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate well with others in team environment
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive and self-reliance
