Sales Operations Analyst IV
What are we looking for in our Sales Operations Analyst IV?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst IV to work for our client in the Technology industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 6 months (Possibility to extend)
Location: On-site in New York
Pay Range: $50-60/ Hour Based on YOE
Brief Summary: Our client is seeking a high caliber, analytical, process and detail oriented individual to drive process standardization and execution and program management across our Sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business strategies, improve operational processes, and implement successful growth incentive programs based on measurable ROI objectives.
- Manage utilization of budget for sales incentive programs by approving and distributing funds.
- Partner with global sales, marketing and sales operations on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects.
- Operationalize commerce incentive programs.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to monitor operations roadmap, execute on projects and establish effective feedback loops cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective, analytically driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
- 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, executing, and communicating numerous concurrent workstreams across a range of stakeholders and topics with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated experience presenting program content to general audiences.
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
- Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Experience in multiple different Sales Go-To-Market motions.
- Experience managing budget usage or dealing with financial data.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting and/or SQL.
- Experience in being a member of globally operating organizations within a matrix structure.
