Senior Content Specialist

PrideNow Orlando, FL (Onsite) Full-Time



What are we looking for in our Senior Content Specialist?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is assisting a Partner Enablement Organization and has an opening for a Senior Content Specialist.

Location: Remote in United States

Pay Rate Range: $30 - $35/hour W2, based on experience

Duration: 12+ months contract

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Partner Content Strategy, this role will maintain the alignment of resources and activities critical to the curation of partner content on the Partner Success Center, supporting content effectiveness and a corporate culture of content governance rules and practices. Conducts content and performance reviews with business, enablement, and content groups. Works with multiple subject matter experts, content owners, and stakeholders across the business focusing on optimizing user experience. Creates publisher/training tools and resources in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Content Management and Governance – Implement content governance through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies using Adobe Digital Asset Manager
  • Requests – evaluate and manage the intake of new content both from content owner requests and content through the DAM/Brightcove integration.
  • Configure – Configure enablement content and page experiences for optimal usability by Partners. Utilize tools such as AEM and WalkMe to optimize the user experience.
  • Publishing- Edit and publish pages in Adobe Experience Manager; become an expert in AEM and DAM publishing standards; understand components and experience fragments.
  • Governance – Implement content governance through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies. Conducts regular audits to ensure governance compliance.
  • Testing – tests site, pages, and workflows to ensure features and functions work.
  • QA - Provides quality assurance on all site pages, navigation, and smart pages for grammar, upholding page standards, and ensuring links are active and work.
  • Audits – Maintain content integrity through continual audits, content retirement, and process enhancements and by ensuring publishers are adhering to governance procedures.
  • Training – Create training on tools and processes for publishers and content creators.
  • Reporting – Create, compile, manage, and distribute role-specific reports for stakeholders.
  • Support – respond to Partner inquiries and troubleshooting requests.

 

Skills:

 

  • 4+ years of Project/Content experience, preferably in a software company.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in partner ecosystem organizations within IT or software with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing enablement programs for partners.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager taxonomy and internal tools to help develop integrated and automated processes and create personalized experiences for our partner ecosystem.
  • Understanding of WalkMe capabilities is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with Stakeholders providing technical guidance on components usage, assets, templates, page creation, and web internal taxonomy while coordinating/aligning with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail to be able to test hyperlinks functionality and new pages, cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device while checking for inconsistencies.
  • Deep understanding of project processes /systems to estimate lead times required for project delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Self-motivation to roll up your sleeves and create your own innovative path in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking: the ability to seek information, analyze alternatives, and make conclusions or form opinions/recommendations.
  • Highly responsive to internal customer and external partner stakeholder requests
  • High energy level, a “can do” attitude, a natural sense of curiosity, and a growth mindset.
  • An effective time manager, capable of developing and delivering/executing tactics on multiple projects, on time and on budget.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enable you to work effectively at all levels within a large heavily matrixed organization.
  • A positive demeanor, with a sense of purpose and the ability to enjoy doing the most impactful work of their career.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
