Compensation Analyst
What are we looking for in our Compensation Analyst?
Our client, a global Fortune 500 Technology leader, is looking for a Global Sales Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of our client’s global sales organization. You will play an integral role in the ongoing compensation strategy by processing results, implementing controls, assigning quotas, and providing ongoing support for the commissionable employees in the field.
Contract – W2 Non-Exempt
Location: Lehi, UT ** This is a Hybrid role. Looking for local candidates who can go into the Lehi office**
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
Duties:
- Handle commission results autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processes.
- Maintain controls required for accurate payout of commissions.
- Lead quota and territory assignment and ongoing alignment.
- Collaborate with our finance partners to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees.
- Timely and accurate resolution of commission questions/disputes from field employees
- Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics.
- Develop and present business insights to Sales Operations management.
- Maintain and help run the sales incentive compensation processes.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to improve compensation plan design.
- Guide special projects, such as data analysis, process improvement, report building, and commission modeling.
Requirements:
- Experience with financial and project data analysis.
- Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis. Data modeling experience.
- Metrics and Data Analytics Professional, Executive level PowerPoint Reporting Systems experience such as Power BI.
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical role
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Detailed Oriented Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Must have a 'can do' attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Xactly or Callidus experience a plus!
- 4+ years of experience
