What are we looking for in our Sr. Technical Program Manager?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top organization that has an opening for a Remote Sr. Technical Program Manager

100% Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range: $65/hr-$75/hr (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 5 weeks-18 Months 

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5 years experience with writing requirements and specs.
2. Minimum 3 years experience with Data quality and validation.
3. Minimum 8 years experience as a technical PM.
4. MUST include at least one example of their spec/requirement writing with the submittal in Beeline.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Write Requirements for the Compete Match Tool
  • Conduct UAT for owned requirements
  • Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to plan and deliver on functional and user acceptance testing
  • Work across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation
  • Monitor systems for data quality and accuracy
  • Status reporting and communication of planned and in-flight work

    In this role, the candidate will be responsible for writing Requirements for the Compete Match Tool (CMT), which the team uses to compare Azure pricing with Amazon Web Services (AWS) published prices. The contractor will work closely with=Technical PM, Engineering team from another division, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage delivery, manage UAT, and report on progress.
