Contract: Oct - Mar 2025
PR: 19 - 24/hr (depending on YOE)
Hybrid in NYC

Job Description
The Social Media Coordinator supports the Social Media Team in executing the social content calendar, sharing reporting with internal stakeholders and publishing posts across our active social media platforms. Additionally, this role helps monitor the social landscape, identifying trends, conducting patterning and tracking platform evolutions that keep the company social media strategy current and evolving.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with social media team to assist in bringing channel strategies to life, executing content calendars and preparing posts in social media tool.
  • Support with publishing social posts across platforms.
  • Help with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting pulls, helping extract data, proposing insights and assisting with input into decks.
  • Pull performance recaps for campaigns and initiatives, helping social team share insights and updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in management of social media tool, Dash Hudson, prepping posting needs, including but not limited to creating tickets, scheduling posts, adding to campaign boards, tagging, etc.
  • Build out trackable links for each channel and its posts.
  • Assist with ordering products and samples for content creation captures.
  • Manage social giveaways, partnering with legal, creative, copy and marketing stakeholders to bring sweepstakes to life on social.
  • Conduct patterning, looking to competitive brands and innovative content on social, recommending what company could adapt with their own twist.
  • Support in pulling ad-hoc requests and reports as needed.
  • Identify, ideate around and recommend adoption approach for new changes to the social media landscape.
  • Creation of one-pagers, decks and other requested documents as needed
  • Assist with inputs into marketing plans and creative briefs.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years minimum of relevant internship or work experience in social media or marketing analytics
  • Fashion retail experience a plus
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, ideally experience posting, and reporting
  • Passion for details, spotting the smallest errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
