Presentation and Instructional Designer
What are we looking for in our Presentation and Instructional Designer ?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Presentation and Instructional Designer to work for our client in Cupertino, CA. This is HYBRID! Apply now for consideration!
This is a 6-month contract role.
PAY: $110-120/hour depending on experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop visually exceptional Keynote presentations adhering to the company's high visual standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and translate complex narratives into engaging presentations.
- Contribute to the creation of instructional content, training materials, and orientation programs.
- Work closely with the team to convey stories about team origins, organizational culture, and upcoming projects.
- Independently design presentations ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour, with decks potentially up to 200 slides.
- Engage in collaborative discussions with managers to outline and structure presentations.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling narrative skills to convey impactful messages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years experience in editorial campaign planning & production or a similar role
- Core understanding of music digital platforms and experience working on content related projects, including end-to-end management from creative storytelling concept development to launching multi-phase programs in partnerships with Production, and other stakeholders
- Keynote presentation experience, and experience creating beautiful and truly exceptional Keynote presentations REQUIRED
- Portfolio/samples REQUIRED

Rate/Salary: 110-120/hr depending on experience
