What are we looking for in our Recruiting Coordinator?

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage top-level executive recruiting coordinationThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience within the e-commerce industry. The position is a 6+ month contract role that could be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.

Position: Recruiting Coordinator - Global Executive Recruiting

Pay: $23.00 - 25.81/hr (based on experience)

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: Seattle, WA

The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on our client's Global Specialty Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. The RC will have an immediate impact on the experience of our client's most senior candidates. This person will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.

Duties:

  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date
  • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
  • Entering and tracking candidate information database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or project management experience
  • Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
  • Experience working with recruiting teams
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs
