What are we looking for in our Project Manager?

Our client, a global delivery service company, is seeking a Contract  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join their team!

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Remote

Pay: $70-89/ hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Dive into data to uncover unique insights driving business strategy. Identify and manage tradeoffs between short and long-term growth strategies.

• Merchant-First Leadership: Serve as the CRO expert for key merchants, ensuring high visibility and accountability. Prioritize merchant needs in developing and executing CRO strategies.

• Offering Growth: Directly build and expand the business by developing tailored growth strategies. Utilize insights, technology, talent, and resources to drive business growth.

• Execution Excellence: Implement tracking, experiments, customizations, and outcome reporting. Collaborate with merchants to scale new initiatives from inception.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization or growth experimentation.
• Experience with consumer-facing ecommerce or SaaS businesses.
• Retail Industry Experinece 
• UX/UI
• CRO
• Google Analytics
