HRIS Project Lead
What are we looking for in our HRIS Project Lead?
Do you have experience in HRIS implementation/migration as a Project Manager? We are looking for you.
We are working with a large global manufacturing client, seeking an HRIS Project Lead to spearhead the successful implementation of a new global HR platform across our European business. As a leading provider of sustainable building materials, we're dedicated to optimizing our HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and capitalizing on the benefits of a modern HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a detailed project plan to monitor progress, track milestones, and manage risks.
- Lead the collection and validation of employee data and business rules for divisional businesses.
- Configure and validate divisional business rules on the selected HRIS platform.
- Assess organizational readiness for HRIS implementation and develop associated implementation plans.
- Develop a data migration strategy and oversee its execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to configure the HRIS system.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Identify training needs and develop training materials to ensure user proficiency.
- Coordinate preparations for system go-live and provide ongoing support to users.
- Optimize the HRIS to provide real-time data and insights across talent management and workforce planning.
- Support business growth by enabling scale through modular design and implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
