Job Title: Operations Clerk - Francise Account Executive

Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 3-Months (with strong potential to extend)

Schedule: Monday– Friday // 40 hrs/week - flexible

Location: ONSITE - TORONTO ONTARIO, CANADA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients through phone calls to generate interest delivery service.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assist the sales team in their efforts.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prefer a candidate that is Bilingual English and French.
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a Sales/Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
