Location: Cupertino, CA 95014, United States

Pay Range: $75-83.00 /hour Based on YOE

Brief Summary: Join our clients Health Team and partner with team members across the company to develop health products and content. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to innovative consumer-focused features, execute detailed deliverables on time, work closely with cross-functional teams, engage in open discussion and debate, and drive to clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Head of Health Content to align on project priorities.
• Set agendas for and manage weekly team meetings and cross-functional meetings.
• Provide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders, and management, summarizing issues to key points and required actions.
• Ensure program milestones are accomplished.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and content production teams on the execution of content.
• Coordinate executive reviews for concept and development milestones, owning executive review decks, distilling and synthesizing information, and articulating content to be readily understood by all cross-functional partners.
• Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research to understand consumer interests in health information and how they consume it.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in program management or producer roles.
• Proven track record of driving a project from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build consensus.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to plan ahead, make connections, and clear roadblocks.
• Experience in developing content for consumers.
• Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
