What are we looking for in our Program Manager ?

A Global Tech Company is Looking to Hire a Program Manager (Security Team) for a 6 MONTH ON SITE W2 CONTRACT - APPLY TODAY!
**CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO AS THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE**

$$: $48-$58/DOE

As a US&C Security Specialist PM, you will be responsible for supporting the Sr Regional Security Manager for the US&C Security Team with general project management and administrative tasks, as well as on site security for all of the Company's sites. You will work cross-functionally with local, regional, Global Security teams to execute on global initiatives and priorities. This role will report directly to the Sr. Regional Security Manager for the US&C.
The right person for this role is a self-starter who thrives in an 'all hands on deck' environment, loves problem-solving, and can move quickly as a builder and doer in a tech-enabling, data-driven culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Manages team documentation and ensures all are up to date and accurate in collaboration with the Program Management Team
  • Support training & other initiatives by assisting with the development of decks, comms, and delivery thereof.
  • Help coordinate response and incident management to address threats toward company staff, assets, and operations.
  • Educate key stakeholders on security principles and implementation.
  • Implement the Physical Security strategy in your region in alignment with the business goals.
  • Implement processes to define performance metrics – use data to make decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships and effective communication across all regional business operations. Develop strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies as well as private sector peers.
  • Develop security awareness and education programs and materials and deliver in-person, on-site training
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic understanding of corporate physical security operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Google Suite. Advanced proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets, as well as Google Slides.
  • Ability to function independently with moderate supervision; awareness of when to engage other colleagues.
  • A collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads
  • Enjoys creative problem solving and developing new, efficient and effective processes.
