CSV Customer Service Representative I
What are we looking for in our CSV Customer Service Representative I?
Customer Service Representative
PR: 13 - 15/hr
San Antonio, TX
Contract: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Process customer quotes for all units before returning them to the customer.
- Manage and process RMA work orders for internal and external customer products, including special requests, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and finalizing the use of spare parts in RSO and Oracle applications.
- Process RMA work orders for refurbished products using S&OP schedule feedback.
- Support the department’s device schedule attainment goals.
- Ensure compliance with procedures by processing items on delinquent reports and generating service center RMAs to maintain inventory management accuracy.
- Handle UDI labeling and barcode serial number generation to meet schedule attainment goals, including delivering barcode serial labels to production as per established procedures.
- Anticipate production needs and notify supervisors of potential issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that is audit-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, production repair, quality control, and other teams to ensure the accurate processing of products from RMA creation to closure.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and participate in assigned work activities.
- Adhere to safety regulations and support customer-requested device maintenance protocols.
- File and maintain audit-ready records in accordance with department processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business matters.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and complete tasks on time.
